The name of the city of Azrumve is a lower Nezauloðian word derived from the Old Nithalos word aşrumva (asróm in modern Nithalos) meaning red hot. It is the heart of all operations in lower Nezauloðia. This is where a lot of Salia's restricted areas are located and it's where rahika is produced in mass quantities. This is a highly flammable and volatile substance that is used in a lot of explosives and incendiary devices. Azrumve is also where a lot of research is done on steam power technologies. It is also where a lot of Salia's mining operations are centered.
