History
After the creation of the Askima tower in Samarkainia, the Csaran settlers expanded out from the tower and formed the city of Raellea surrounding it which also has some regions permeating into the ground-level floors of the tower. The Realleans have a peaceful relationship with Samarkainians and form somewhat of a bridge between Samarkainia and Askima which is connected to the other towers in other lands and is under the rule of the Salian Empire

Vocabulary
Officially, Neŋkrael is a csaran language, so most of the grammatical words and forms come from csara, but there is heavy influence both lexically and phonologically from the nearby laefevashi language.
