Niceq is the sister city to Nithash City and is the central core of operations in upper Nezauloðia. The layout of the city is nearly identical to that of Nithash City and because of this many Nithalosians feel almost as much at home here as they do back in their native Nithalosia. The Nithalosian embassies are located here and Nithalosian proper is a third official language here rather than being a recognized minority language.
