Nunshavi (/ˈnun.ʃə.vɪ/; Shavi: Nun Săwɨ [nʊn ʂə.ˈβ̞ɨ], officially Shavi Kingdom or Keral Săwɨ natively) is a country located in the north of Latelen. It is bordered to the north and northwest by the ??? sea and Country 36; to the northeast by Eperne; to the south by Nithalosia and the Salian Empire; and to the west by Atoskherakh. Shavinian territory also includes the Hwizur Islands in the Dädehe Bay.
Nunshavi is a constitutional monarchy with a parliamentary democracy of government and a highly developed economy.

History
Name
The name Nun Săwɨ is derived from Old Medzmayan Naun and Sewit, and means Land of Clouds. The official name Keral Sǎwɨ is derived from the Shavi words Keral, which means Kingdom, and Săwɨ (from Old Medzmayan Sewit), in conjunction it means Kingdom of the Clouds.
Variations of the name are used in most languages.

When the country was first settled, it was extensively forested. Approximately three-quarters of the country are barren of vegetation; plant life consists mainly of grassland which is regularly grazed by livestock
The animals of Nunshavi includes the owgle (eagle-owl), mountain goat, and four species of dragons. Wild mammals include the white fox, blue bear, mice, rats, rabbits and the gold reindeer. Many varieties of fish live in the ocean waters surrounding Nunshavi, and the fishing industry is a main contributor to Nunshavi's economy, accounting for more than half of the country's total exports.
Politics
Nunshavi is a constitutional monarchy, in which Queen Cula Wɨzăli IΓ is head of state, but royal power has long been limited to official and ceremonial functions. The nation's legislative body is the Shavinian Parliament, with 456 members, which chooses the Prime Minister. Parliamentary elections are held every four years.

Nunshavi has seven regions which are primarily used only for statistical, historical and cultural purposes.
There are 27 counties that represent government in various capacities. Among their duties are local police, tax collection, public healthcare system and also public transport, education and culture.

Population
As of 2011, the total population of Nunshavi was estimated to be 73,318,450. The population density is 23.84 people per km² (61.76 per square mile) and it is substantially higher in the east than in the west. About 65% of the population live in urban areas. The capital city Moema has a population of about 12,846,000. The second and third largest cities are Ayelen and Mezama.

Languages
Nunshavi has one official language, plus two co-official languages per region, which, in order of native speaker population, are: Shavi, Medzmayan and Tabehan. A number of non-official minority languages are spoken as well.
Shavi is spoken in the whole country with an estimated population of 59.14 million using it as a mother tongue and 14.17 million being bilingual. Total Medzmayan speakers are 9.16 million concentrated in Samu, while Tabehan speakers comprise 4.45 million in Tăwea and an estimated 0.55 million speaks other dialects in Farqăt and Xăwel.

The Shavinians practice a polytheistic religion, with anthropomorphic deities representing cosmic and terrestrial forces in their world.
