Transport
The pride and joy of the COU is the international rail network. The network was the founding reasons behind the union in the first place. The COU nations all have a stake in a company known as the Central Ottish Union Rail Co. or COURC (pronounced /ko:rk/, called the cork colloquially).
<information about the rail itself, maybe a map of the main lines>
The company owns and operates TGV trains which run regular routes between the cities. Although the rails themselves are owned by each nation's internal rail provider, under the COU agreement, the nations must allow the cork to operate on these lines without charge as well as use the stations.
Customs is performed upon disembarkment of the train in the destination city. The COU CID is utilised in this instance.
