Samarkainian Scientific and Cultural Organisation or SSCO is an international organisation established by Samarkainia. The two main purposes of SSCO are to promote and encourage the usage of renewable energy by financing and helping institutions and laboratories developing such energy; and to preserve the cultural properties of the world, both natural and human, by establishing and financing protected areas or parks worldwide and by various projects.

Secondary programs include promoting world freedom, justice, human rights and education.

The headquarters of SSCO are in Esolténnea, Samarkainia, with many regional offices in every signed country.

The Cultural department of the SSCO has created SSCO Red List of Threatened Species in order to protect and preserve animal and plant life.
