Nithash (Nithalos: Niđaš /ˈniθaʃ/; Sala: ??; Shavi: ??) is the northern-most state of Nithalosia which borders Nunshavi and Salian Empire and the Zagna strait. Nithash state is the host of the capital city of Nithalosia, Nithash City and is also home to the centre of international diplomacy.
Demograpics
The state of Nithash is the most populous state of Nithalosia, with a total of 11,000,000 inhabitants. There is a high number of Sala speakers who have emigrated from Salia with 34% of the population speaking the language. In addition Nunshavi immigrants bring in 17% of the state speaking Shavi and 6% of the population are Seretian speakers.
Economics
The state of Nithash is the third largest producer of dairy and beef products in Nithalosia and is the only state to provide lamb on a seasonal basis. Other than this, the main economic function of the state is fertiliser production and machinery for horticultural and agricultural purposes.
Transport
Nithash State is linked to Salia and Nunshavi via rail links, as well as the surrounding Nithalosian states of Varta and Koian through the NIR system. Nithash Central Station is the largest station in Nithalosia serving intra-national and international travellers to Salia, Nunshavi and Toitūkōlad.
